is November 22nd at Pan Am pool events list is available
on deck. Warm-up starts at 11:00am and we should be done by 5:00pm

it is extremely important that your swimmer is registered through
Swim Canada. If they are not registered they will not be able to
compete.
Cross
Training Program New this
season
The
Selkirk Dolphins are offering a swimming program for those individuals
between the ages of 11 and 17 with good swimming skills who are
interested in improving their aerobic and cardio capacity through
the sport of swimming. You might be a track athlete, a volleyball
player or involved in any other sport or want to condition yourself.
What ever your goals, we will help you achieve them.
