The City Of Winnipeg and Capital region are now in ORANGE ALERT. Practices are as per schedule.
We are following all strict guidelines outlined by Swim Manitoba and Public Health. Our Group sizes are in cohorts no larger than 8 during dryland. In the Pool we are also practicing social distancing in the lanes max 4 per lane. Coaches wear a mask at all times on deck and swimmers are required to wear a mask into the buildings.
We make sure everyone in attendance is accounted for on our contact tracing log. Screening is done by taking temperatures, online screening questionnaire and sanitization is done prior to entry of practice.

The Dolphin Swim Club is currently accepting registrations for our Team Training.
We have re-formatted our groups offering training in Winnipeg at Cindy Klassen and Pan Am Pool.
If you are unsure of what group to register in we are accepting registration for free tryouts on Saturday’s at Pan Am Pool beginning September 26 – October 17, 2020 2:30 and 3:30 pm.
Please register in the link below. Check in at Pan Am Pool reception desk upon entry.

Return to Swimming

This year is starting out to be very different. We do not have our home pool so will be locating at Cindy Klassen and Pan Am Pools to start our season. Registration will open the week of Sept 8 and space is limited. We will be practicing a combination of Pool and Dryland and have already started our dryland workouts.

Return to Play

Return to Play guidelines through Swim Canada are complicated. We have worked hard to ensure we are following all the guidelines set out by Swim Manitoba. Application for training has been approved, information is posted and registration for summer dryland camp is available to those who have been invited to participate in preparation to return to the pool in Late September.
For those interested in the upcoming Swim Season we have plans to open registration in the next couple of weeks. Please note that you will not have the luxury of combining groups as training needs to be in cohorts while we are still in Covid pandemic return to play plan.

April 28 – who is your Superhero.
This is for superheroes only — we all know villains aren’t deserving of their own day. In today’s times we all have a villain we want to take care of even for a short time. Be sure to check out today’s work out to get rid of those Nemesis villain’s today. Bring on your best game face. In the end I know you will be smiling.
