JAG practice schedule
New Schedule: Mon Wed 5:00-6:30 pm lower track Sat 8:30-10:00 lower track
Practices begin September 14 with Coach Michelle. Wear running shoes, shorts and Dolphin T-shirt. Be prepared for Pool and Dryland practice all the time. Dress appropriately, don't forget the water and recovery snack.

Saturday 8:00-10:00 am
